How Neylora handles personal data on neylora.ai and its international portfolio pages.

Last updated: 18 October 2026

1. Who is responsible for your data

This policy applies to the international Neylora service at https://neylora.ai and its portfolio subdomains. It describes the personal data processed when you browse, create an account, use creative tools, publish content or contact support.

Dmitry Pelipas, Individual entrepreneur registered in the Kyrgyz Republic. Tax identification number (TIN): 23110198650059. Registration number: 002-2024-169-2294. Address: 424/63 Shabdan Baatyra Street, Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic. Contact: support@neylora.ai.

Reading this policy or using the website is not, by itself, consent to optional analytics or marketing. Where consent is required, we request it separately.

2. Data we process

Account information includes your email address, account identifiers, profile details you provide, sign-in and session information, and your communication preferences. Public profile and portfolio information is visible to other people when you choose to publish it.

Creative and community information includes prompts, uploaded images, video, audio and text, generated results, project information, publications, comments and reactions. Do not upload personal data you are not entitled to use or material whose processing would violate another person's rights.

Service records may include your plan, credit balance, orders, transaction references, usage records, support messages, IP address, browser and device information, errors and security logs. Where payment becomes available, payment partners process payment details; Neylora does not store full payment-card details.

With your permission, optional analytics may record visits, referral information, feature usage, reading progress and device-platform activity. Our Cookie Policy describes the relevant cookies and browser storage.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process information needed to create and maintain your account, provide requested tools, process your materials, deliver results and handle support requests. Where applicable, this processing is necessary to perform our agreement with you or take steps you request before entering it.

Security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention and service reliability may require technical records. Where applicable, we rely on legitimate interests, taking account of your rights, or legal obligations. Transaction and accounting records may need to be retained to comply with applicable law.

Optional browser analytics and promotional email use your consent where required. You can reject or withdraw analytics consent in Cookie settings and change email preferences in your profile. Rejecting optional analytics does not block use of the service. Necessary account, security and service messages are separate from marketing.

4. Sharing and international processing

Operating the service involves technical contractors for hosting, storage, communications and AI processing, and payment partners where payments are available. We share the information needed for the relevant task, rather than granting an unrestricted right to use your content. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to address unlawful activity and protect legal rights.

Processing may take place outside your country, including in the Kyrgyz Republic and other countries where the service's technical infrastructure operates. The protections and transfer requirements that apply depend on your location and the processing involved. Contact us for information about the recipients and transfer arrangements relevant to your data.

We do not sell your personal data. Public content is accessible to other users, search engines and people outside Neylora. Removing a publication from Neylora does not guarantee removal of independent copies or search-engine caches.

5. Retention and security

We retain account and project information for as long as needed to provide the requested service and deal with account-related requests. Uploaded assets and generated results may have different retention periods depending on the feature; temporary processing files are not a promise of permanent storage. Keep your own copies of important work.

Accounting, transaction, dispute and security records may need to be retained after other account data is removed, to meet applicable legal duties and protect legal rights. Retention depends on the record and the relevant obligation; contact us for details relating to your data.

We use technical and organisational safeguards against unauthorised access, loss and disclosure. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep access to your email and account secure, and report suspected unauthorised access promptly.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, object to relevant processing, and withdraw consent without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal. You may also complain to a competent data-protection authority. Mandatory rights are not limited by this policy.

Send requests to support@neylora.ai, identifying the account and the request. We may need proportionate information to verify that a request concerns your account. Do not send your password, payment-card security code or unnecessary identity documents.

7. Cookies and updates

See the Cookie Policy at https://neylora.ai/cookies for necessary and optional browser storage, durations and controls. Cookie consent and promotional-email consent are independent choices.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies this version. Where a change requires new consent, continuing to browse is not a substitute for that consent. Contact support@neylora.ai with privacy questions.
