Terms of Service

The terms for using Neylora's international creative tools, accounts and publishing features.

Last updated: 18 October 2026

1. The service and operator

These terms apply to the international Neylora service at https://neylora.ai and its portfolio subdomains. The service is operated by:

Dmitry Pelipas, Individual entrepreneur registered in the Kyrgyz Republic. Tax identification number (TIN): 23110198650059. Registration number: 002-2024-169-2294. Address: 424/63 Shabdan Baatyra Street, Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic. Contact: support@neylora.ai.

By registering an account or placing an order through Neylora, you agree to the terms presented for that action. The Privacy Policy explains data processing; acceptance of these terms does not replace separate consent to optional analytics or promotional email.

2. Tools and accounts

Neylora provides tools for generating and editing images, video, audio and text, together with project, portfolio and community features made available in the interface. Availability and supported capabilities depend on the selected tool. We may use technical contractors to deliver these functions.

Provide accurate account information, protect access to your account and use only materials you are entitled to upload and process. You are responsible for your use of the service and the content you submit or publish, subject to applicable law.

3. Generation and delivery

A generation or processing request is accepted when you confirm the action and Neylora accepts it. Credits may be reserved or deducted to perform the request. Acceptance, reservation, deduction or adding credits to an account does not by itself mean that the associated service has been fully delivered.

An operation is delivered when its result is created and made available for viewing, playback or download in accordance with the selected function. You do not have to download it for delivery to occur. A technical completion status does not remove your right to report missing results, defects or incomplete delivery.

Processing time depends on demand, technical conditions and external processing infrastructure. AI output is probabilistic: we do not guarantee a particular artistic outcome, uniqueness or factual accuracy. These limitations do not excuse failure to meet agreed parameters or mandatory legal requirements. Review results before relying on or publishing them.

If a generation finally fails without delivering a result, reserved credits are released or deducted credits are returned automatically or following support review. Temporary errors or a pending request do not necessarily mean final failure. A credit adjustment does not replace a monetary refund where the law entitles you to one.

4. Paid features, credits and subscriptions

International checkout may be unavailable while payment arrangements are being changed. A displayed plan or a notification request does not itself create a payment or subscription. Where checkout becomes available, the applicable price, currency, billing period and renewal terms must be shown before you confirm a purchase. These terms do not activate payment functionality.

Credits are internal service units, not money or transferable electronic funds. Operation costs and plan limits are shown in the interface. Price changes do not retrospectively change paid orders or credits already allocated under those orders.

Where an automatically renewing subscription is offered, the period and recurring charge are those shown before purchase. You can stop renewal using the available account controls or contact support if you cannot access them. Stopping renewal does not by itself settle a refund request or waive mandatory consumer rights.

Unused subscription credits can roll over for one additional paid period following renewal. Rolled-over credits are spent first and do not roll over again. Without renewal, subscription credits expire according to the applicable paid period and disclosed renewal/retry conditions. Separately purchased credits do not expire merely because a subscription ends.

The existing service terms provide for separately purchased credits to expire after 12 consecutive months without account activity, with notice at least 30 days before expiry. Generation, a credit purchase, a subscription payment or renewal resets that inactivity period. This rule applies to credits purchased after the version introducing it, and does not override any mandatory refund rights.

5. Cancellation, problems and refunds

Our Refund Policy explains how to request a refund, cancel a subscription and obtain help with purchases processed by Paddle. It is available at https://neylora.ai/refund-policy. Paddle purchase terms and mandatory consumer rights take precedence over any conflicting limitation below.

Contact support@neylora.ai to cancel, report an incorrect or duplicate charge, report a service problem or request a refund. Include the account email, date, amount and order or transaction reference if available. Do not send passwords or full card details. We will review the request under the order terms and applicable law.

Properly delivered operations are not refundable solely because you change your mind or dislike the artistic result, except where applicable law gives you that right. For unused prepaid credit packs, any refundable unused paid portion is assessed against the amount actually paid. For subscriptions, the paid plan, service actually supplied and mandatory legal rights must be considered; logging in or receiving credits alone does not establish full performance.

We do not impose a fixed cancellation penalty through these terms. Free bonus or trial credits do not have an independent cash value. We do not substitute credits for a monetary refund without your agreement where you are entitled to money. Nothing here removes mandatory withdrawal, cancellation, quality, timing or refund rights available to consumers.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Neylora for unlawful activity, infringement of intellectual-property or privacy rights, harassment, fraud, interference with the service, or attempts to bypass access and safety restrictions.

Pornography and other sexually explicit content are prohibited, including sexual acts, genital display, sexualised nudity, content intended for sexual arousal and advertising sexual services. This applies to private and public requests, images, text, audio, video, animation and synthetic characters.

Sexual content involving minors or people depicted as minors, sexual exploitation, coercion, and non-consensual intimate imagery or sexualised deepfakes of real people are prohibited. Consent does not override the general prohibition on sexually explicit content.

We may restrict prohibited content or access where reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect people or comply with law. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken. Restrictions do not eliminate statutory rights or permit us to retain money unlawfully.

7. Your materials and results

Neylora's software, interface and service materials remain protected by their respective rights. You receive permission to use the service for its intended functions, not ownership of the software or technical infrastructure.

Rights in uploaded materials remain with their rightsholders. You must have the rights and consents needed to use source materials, likenesses, voices and personal data. As between you and Neylora, rights in generated results that arise for you under applicable law remain yours. Neylora imposes no independent ban on personal or commercial use, modification or transfer, subject to law, third-party rights and any restrictions disclosed for the chosen function before ordering.

Paying for an operation does not grant rights to someone else's work, trademark, likeness or voice. AI results may resemble other material, may not be unique and may not qualify for intellectual-property protection. Legal protection depends on applicable law and human creative contribution.

To provide requested functions, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission, limited to your rights, to store, reproduce, process, convert and create previews of your materials and results for service delivery and lawful compliance checks. Technical contractors may assist for these purposes. The permission lasts as needed for those purposes and is not an assignment of your rights.

When you choose to publish, you additionally permit public display and distribution of that publication, its previews and the public profile information you selected for that feature while it remains published. Publication does not give other users exclusive rights or an unlimited licence. Copies and search-engine caches outside Neylora may remain after removal.

These permissions do not independently authorise us to use your materials in advertising or train models. Such use requires a separate lawful basis. Processing needed to perform a requested operation is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Responsibility, changes and contact

We aim to maintain the service, provide paid functionality and address support requests. Availability can be affected by maintenance and technical faults. Neither the probabilistic nature of AI nor these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms for future use and orders, identifying the revised version by its date. Existing paid orders and mandatory rights remain protected. Where fresh agreement is legally required, publication alone does not replace it.

Applicable mandatory consumer and data-protection rights remain available, including any right to bring a claim before a competent court or authority. Nothing in these terms deprives consumers of protections that apply in their country of habitual residence. Direct questions or complaints to support@neylora.ai.
