Cookie Policy
Cookies, browser storage and your choices on Neylora's international website.
Last updated: 18 October 2026
1. Scope and operator
This policy applies to https://neylora.ai and its international portfolio subdomains. Cookies are small browser records sent with relevant web requests. Local storage keeps information in your browser without automatically attaching it to every request. Both can be used for necessary functions or optional analytics.
Dmitry Pelipas, Individual entrepreneur registered in the Kyrgyz Republic. Tax identification number (TIN): 23110198650059. Registration number: 002-2024-169-2294. Address: 424/63 Shabdan Baatyra Street, Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic. Contact: support@neylora.ai.
2. Necessary storage
Sign-in and security: session and authentication-flow cookies let you sign in and protect your account. Their duration depends on the sign-in flow and session; a short-lived signed session cache lasts up to five minutes. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in and other requested functions.
Preferences: neylora-ui-locale, neylora-locale, neylora-language and neylora-theme can remember language and appearance choices for up to one year. The browser may also store language, appearance and editor settings needed for the features you choose. Project and draft storage is not optional visitor analytics.
Consent: nl_cookie_consent records whether you accepted or rejected optional analytics, the policy version and the time of your choice, for up to 180 days. It is scoped to the current hostname, not shared automatically between .ru, .ai or different portfolio subdomains. Rejecting optional analytics still requires saving this necessary preference.
3. Optional analytics and referral measurement
On the international site, optional analytics remain off until you select Accept analytics. They are also off after you select Reject analytics, if the saved choice expires, or if your browser cannot save permission. Rejecting does not block the website or your creative tools.
nl_visitor_id and nl_affiliate_visitor can identify visits and measure referral traffic for up to one year. nl_affiliate_ref remembers a referral code for 30 days by default; its configured expiry can be checked in your browser's cookie information. nl_registration_source retains paid-campaign tags and a click identifier for up to 30 days so that a new account can be linked to its advertising source. These optional cookies are not set on the international site without analytics permission.
With permission, browser storage may hold neylora:attribution:first-touch and neylora:attribution:last-touch for referral measurement, analytics:* entries for visit deduplication, neylora:content-session-id for reading statistics and neylora:platform-activity:* for platform-activity deduplication. These entries do not have an automatic browser expiry; rejecting analytics clears these entries on the current origin. You can also remove them through your browser settings.
The international website does not load the external analytics and session-recording script used by the Russian website. This policy does not claim that all technical records are optional: account security, requested service operations, abuse prevention and reliability may still require operational logs described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Change or withdraw your choice
Use the Cookie settings link in the footer to reopen the choice. Choices are saved separately for each hostname. Accept and reject are offered together with equal prominence. Withdrawing permission stops subsequent optional browser analytics; it does not undo processing already carried out lawfully or cancel an account or order.
When you reject, Neylora removes its optional cookies on the current hostname on the next refreshed request and clears the optional browser-storage entries listed above. Your sign-in and chosen language are not removed. Settings are separate for each hostname; repeat the choice on another hostname if needed.
Your browser can also block or delete cookies and site storage. Clearing the consent record causes us to ask again and optional analytics remain off until you choose to allow them. Clearing all site data may sign you out or remove locally stored projects and preferences, so back up important local work first.
5. More information
See https://neylora.ai/privacy for personal-data processing and rights. Analytics consent does not subscribe you to marketing email. Questions about cookies can be sent to support@neylora.ai. We will update this policy when the storage used by the international service changes.
